Now Complete! The Interior

Take a walk through the interior of this new Fairview Model in Spring Creek. Open Tuesday-Sunday and entered in this year’s BRHBA Parade of Homes, we are very excited about this new one level plan.  This home comes with a full unfinished basement and we have finished a bedroom, full bath, and family room with wet bar to show how one might finish it.  Check previous posts to see the exterior and learn more about The Piedmont Realty and Construction home.

Come visit us now or see us during the Parade of Homes the first two weekends in October. These pictures show the quality of exterior finish and detail that goes into every Piedmont home. We’re also showing off what we think is are spectacular outdoor living spaces.

First Look at the Interior

Here is a walk through of the main level of this one level home. The floor plan is attached in a previous post. There is a convenient pocket door off the master suite closet to access the mud/laundry room just off of the garage. Very  nice open one level plan.

Exterior Coming Together

The exterior is coming together nicely. All Piedmont homes have James Hardie “Hardie-Plank” siding painted at the factory with a 15 year color warranty. Stone or brick for the foundation is included as well. There is some very attractive stone work on this craftsman style front elevation. You can see the stonework for the exterior façade of the 2 sided fireplace that will add to the enjoyment of the outdoor living space.

The Equipment

Every Piedmont home gets a Trane Hybrid HVAC system for heating and cooling. This new technology saves money by being able to function as a gas furnace and a heat pump based on exterior temperatures. There are also options available like the Trane Clean Air Effects air filtration system for improving indoor air quality. Last but not least, every Piedmont home gets a tankless water heater.

Insulation

Piedmont insulates every home it builds by applying a ½” of foam to the inside of the walls before the fiberglass insulation is installed. This is one of the key reasons the Piedmont Earth Friendly home is more cost effective to operate.

A Look Inside the Fairview at Spring Creek

The home is framed and the Low E windows insulated windows are installed. Supervision is vital to quality of construction. One good sign of supervision is the cleanliness of the job site. Wade Shaffer, senior project manager, had no idea I was coming to take pictures today.  This home is unbelievably tidy for this stage of construction. Great job Wade!
